Leader in Nuclear Pump and Motor Maintenance and Refurbishment
EMC’s Nuclear Facility was designed to handle our customers’ largest equipment. Our impressive three-story, 50,000 sqft facility is equipped with a powerful 60-ton crane that has a hook height of 65ft. Licensed by the state of Virginia to handle radiological materials and components, we can perform decontamination on-site.
EMC is your single-source solution for reactor-related, contaminated, and safety-related motor and pump repairs. Our passion for safety and excellence compelled us to design and construct our facilities with all the right equipment and tooling to perform motor and pump services in-house, including RCP, RRP, and PHT motors. This approach means no need for expensive and time-consuming subcontract services like decontamination, SL1 Coatings, line bores, core replacement, rewinds, and machining services.
By continuously improving our facilities and capabilities and actively working to cut non-essential mark-ups and expenses, we’ve offered big savings to our nuclear customers. All while maintaining an exceptional quality track record.
