This facility is equipped to handle a wide range of pump repair and refurbishment tasks, including horizontal, vertical turbine, submersible, and split case pumps, all backed by our quality assurance program. Our capabilities extend beyond repair to include full-service solutions like turnkey removal, installation, and advanced diagnostics.

EMC’s Nuclear Facility was designed to handle our customers’ largest equipment. Our three-story, 50,000 sq ft. facility features a 60-ton crane with a hook height of 65ft. EMC is licensed by the state of Virginia to handle radiological material and components and can complete decontamination on-site. EMC is a single source for reactor-related, contaminated, and safety-related motor and pump repair.

Launched in 2012, our Climate Controlled Storage Facility delivers secure, monitored storage for any size of rotating equipment within its expansive 43,000 sq ft. It features precision temperature and humidity management for optimal preservation, supported by monthly maintenance and quarterly reporting.
