Workscope:
Periodic Preventive Maintenance provides: inspection, lubrication,
adjustments to manufacturer's specifications, high-current
testing and calibration, breaker operation, electrical testing,
and issuance of customer report.
Breaker Overhaul:
Testing comprises: functional check, control wire meggered
at 1000 vdc., breaker Hi-Potted, inspection of all casings,
moldings, arc chutes and contacts. Overhaul includes: disassembly
of mechanism, breaker frame and contacts, Silver plating, Zinc
coating, adjustments per specification and testing.
