At EMC we pride ourselves on utilizing the most technologically

EMC’s motor test base has a foundation of 250 tons of
reinforced concrete that is isolated from the rest of the building.
This along with the precision surface provides a flat and stable
surface for performing final testing of large motors.
The test stand is also equipped with forced oil cooling capacity
and water-cooling for heat exchangers.
Our
Machine shop has multiple horizontal lathes with up to 63” swing
and 28’ center
to center
Two horizontal
boring mills, capable of working equipment up to a 7’x7’x5’ cube
Two vertical
turret lathes, the largest with a full 10’ rotating bed
The
