As part of EMC's growth and progress to provide the best service to our customers we have a dedicated Pump Repair facility that is located directly behind our corporate headquarters on adjoining property to support our customers pump repair needs.
Precision Machining for Extended Service Life
EMC's philosophy of investing in its employees, facility, equipment and tooling has yielded a machine shop with capabilities that go beyond what is typical for a pump repair facility. Our engineering staff and state-of-the-art computer aided inspection equipment allow for accurate reverse engineering, designing or redesigning of pump components for fabrication in the machine shop. Some of the specialized equipment we use to handle large pumps include:
 Multiple horizontal lathes with turning capacity up to a 63" swing and 28' between
centers
Two horizontal boring mills capable of working equipment up to a 84"x84"x60" cube
Three vertical turret lathes, the largest equipped with a 10 foot table and capable of turning 130" diameter
Computerized balance machine with a capacity of 25,000 lbs
ROMER infinite 2.0, mobile CMM with 12' diameter measuring capability
